Warranty

The manufacturer provides a warranty in accordance with the laws of the customer’s country of residence, with a minimum period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover:

* Normal wear and tear
* Misuse (e.g., overloading or use of unapproved accessories)
* Damage caused by external factors, improper handling, or failure to follow the user manual (e.g., incorrect installation or power supply)
* Appliances that have been partially or fully disassembled

Troubleshooting Guide

Issue: The grinder does not operate after installation. The indicator light flashes blue and white alternately.
Cause: The upper burr is not locked in place.
Solution: The grinder has a safety lock. Rotate the grind dial clockwise to lock the upper burr in place before operation. Once properly locked, the indicator light will turn off and the grinder will operate normally.

Issue: Bean hopper cannot be installed
Cause: Misalignment during installation
Solution: Ensure the upper burr is properly aligned with the lower burr. Align the positioning marks with the grooves before installation.

Issue: Bean hopper cannot be installed
Cause: Lower burr clogged
Solution: Clean coffee beans and residual grounds from the lower burr assembly.

Issue: Beans jam
Cause: Use of green coffee beans or foreign objects
Solution: This grinder is designed for roasted coffee beans only.

Issue: Beans jam
Cause: Grinding chamber blockage
Solution: Clean the grounds chute regularly following the Internal Cleaning section.

Issue: Grounds spraying
Cause: Dry environment causing static buildup
Solution: Lightly mist coffee beans with water before grinding to reduce static.

Issue: No grounds output
Cause: Using fine grind settings with damp beans
Solution:

1.Replace with fresh, dry coffee beans

2.Adjust to a slightly coarser grind setting

Issue: No grounds output
Cause: Grounds chute blockage
Solution: Refer to the Grounds Chute Cleaning section and clean regularly.

Issue: No grounds output
Cause: Grinder not receiving power
Solution:

1.Verify the outlet voltage matches the rating label

2.Check that the power plug is fully inserted

Issue: No grounds output
Cause: Machine malfunction

Issue: Grind size too coarse
Cause: Burr wear after extended use
Solution: Refer to the Adding Shims section and install additional shims if necessary.
