Seems to be what I ordered , I am satisfied with the product and overall quality, I can’t speak for the material, although I doubt the little tool for twisting earrings is stainless steel, but by the color the needles seem to be titanium.

Facilita bastante para colocar o piercing, o taper veio de vários tamanhos e tipos.

Haven’t got the chance to use them yet but they look exactly as pictured :)

Aún me falta usarlo, pero cada cosa se ve de buena calidad. Las pinza (o como se le pueda llamar) para tomar las bolitas de los piercings funciona sin trabarse y el grosor de las "agujas" (sé que no son agujas, pero no sé cómo se llaman) es muy bueno para volver a abrir piercings que hace mucho no tienen arete, pero que igual ya está cicatrizado (que sanó con el arte y por tanto ya no se cierra)

forgot it came with the extra pieces... I hope they work to help me push through an old piercing that is still open ... it's just smaller now bc it's been a couple years since I've had anything in it ... fingers crossed!

The item arrived promptly. it looks good. I haven't had an opportunity to use the tapers yet but they look of decent quality. I use the grasping tool to screw on one of my ball ends and it worked fine. definitely a great deal for that price. I'm not sure if it's titanium but it might not matter that much because it's not sitting inside the piercing for long.
